Good week for fieldwork: New York averaged 5.5 days suitable for field work last week.

Slightly cooler, dry conditions with spots of rain and frost characterized this past week's crop weather conditions for New York. The average weekly temperatures ranged from 0 to 11 degrees above normal. Weekly precipitation ranged from 0.00 to 1.67 inches. Producers made some progress on harvesting soybeans as well as corn silage.

Field conditions were still good and yields had positive outlook overall. Apple harvested also moved forward.
