April is Sustainability Month Across Cornell
New York Ag Connection - 04/14/2021
Cornell University celebrates all things sustainability during the entire month of April, with dozens of events in film, fashion, art, wellness, social justice, climate change leadership, and sustainability topics.
Anyone can host an event. See the Sustainable Campus website for helpful tips on how to participate, and sign up for the Sustainability Listserv to stay in the know about the latest new opportunities added during April.
Take action this month to make the cornell campus and community more sustainable.!
- Take a short course to become a Residential Composter (open to anyone living on campus)
- Purchase a reusable takeout container and utensil set for only $5 from Cornell Dining (help us reduce up to 900lbs of waste per day!)
- Participate in the Freezer Challenge if you work in a lab
