Holstein USA Delegate Election Underway

The process has begun for the Holstein Association USA's 2022 delegate election. Each year, members have the opportunity to nominate members from their state to serve as voting delegates at the following year's Holstein Association Annual Meeting, held in conjunction with the group's national convention. The 2022 gathering will be held in Sioux Falls, S.D., from June 30 through July 1.
Typically, members become ineligible to serve as a delegate after serving as a delegate at three consecutive annual meetings.
Nominating petitions must be received by Holstein Association by Sept. 24. Oct. 29 is when the ballots will be mailed to members.
The election is expected to be finalized by early February 2022.
