The New York Corn & Soybean Growers Association (NYCSGA) will host its annual Winter Expo on January 29, 2026, bringing together corn and soybean producers from across the state for a full day focused on business, education, and connection.
The event will take place at Hotel Canandaigua, located on the shores of Canandaigua Lake, offering a scenic setting for learning and networking.
Designed for today’s modern farmer, the Winter Expo blends timely industry updates with practical insights aimed at improving farm profitability and long-term success.
The agenda features expert speakers, interactive sessions, and opportunities for growers to engage with industry partners and fellow producers.
A highlight of the day will be a live recording of the Farm4Profit Podcast, featuring well-known agriculture professionals David Whitaker, Tanner Winterhof, and Corey Hillebo.
The trio will share perspectives on land markets, farm finance, innovation, and strategies to strengthen the bottom line in an evolving agricultural landscape.
Additional sessions will cover policy and advocacy efforts impacting farmers in New York, current market trends and risk management strategies, and updates from Cornell University on research and innovation relevant to corn and soybean production.
The program also includes the presentation of NYCSGA awards and recognition of top performers in the 2025 Yield Contest.
The Winter Expo will conclude with a Winners Circle networking reception and happy hour, providing attendees with time to build relationships, exchange ideas, and connect with sponsors. The event continues to serve as NYCSGA’s premier gathering for growers looking to stay informed, competitive, and connected.
