New York Thoroughbred Breeders, Inc. has announced that the 2025 New York-bred Divisional Championship Awards will once again include the New York Farm Manager of the Year honor. The awards ceremony is scheduled for Monday, May 11, from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
The Farm Manager of the Year award recognizes an outstanding individual serving in a managerial or supervisory role at a New York Thoroughbred farm. Nominees should demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and support team members on a daily basis.
Candidates are also expected to show reliability, consistency, and expertise in Thoroughbred breeding and horsemanship, playing a key role in their farm’s overall success.
The recipient will be selected from submitted nominations and chosen by the NYTB board of directors.
Those wishing to nominate a candidate must complete the official nomination form and submit it by March 31, 2026. Applications may be emailed to info@nytbreeders.org or mailed to NYTB, Inc., P.O. Box 5120, Saratoga Springs, NY.
