The New York Farm to School Summit 2026 is now open for registration and will take place from February 23-26, 2026, at The Saratoga Hilton City Center in Saratoga Springs, New York.
This exciting statewide event will bring together educators, farmers, food service professionals, and community leaders to strengthen the connection between local farms and schools while promoting healthy, locally sourced food in school meals.
The summit will feature a dynamic lineup of activities, including field trips, lightning talks, panel discussions, and hands-on learning sessions designed to foster collaboration and innovation in the farm-to-school movement.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore a trade show highlighting a variety of New York food products and to engage in valuable networking opportunities with industry professionals and local producers.
Hosted by Cornell Cooperative Extension Harvest New York in collaboration with the New York State Education Department, the event aims to build partnerships that support local agriculture and enhance student access to nutritious, farm-fresh foods.
