The Great New York State Fair is excited to announce Blippi: The Wonderful World Tour is coming to the Chevy Court stage on September 1st, 2024, at 1 pm. This is a special opportunity to see the educational and energetic Blippi live!
Blippi is a global phenomenon, inspiring preschoolers worldwide with his relatable and fun content. The show promises singing, dancing, and learning alongside Blippi and his special guest Meekah. Get ready for monster trucks, excavators, and garbage trucks galore – it's a musical party you won't want to miss!
Blippi has taken the world by storm, with billions of views across platforms and millions of fans. The franchise has grown rapidly, available in over 20 languages and distributed by numerous partners. Blippi's popularity extends beyond the screen with sold-out live events, popular music, and in-demand toys.
Blippi: The Wonderful World Tour launched in 2023 with a successful North American run, selling over 165,000 tickets across 90 cities. The tour then entertained audiences in the UK and continues its North American tour throughout 2024. Blippi has also performed internationally in Johannesburg, Dubai, and Mexico City.
"We're thrilled to bring Blippi to the Fair," said Interim Fair Director Julie LaFave. "His energy is contagious, and he'll have the crowd singing and dancing! This is a fantastic addition to our entertainment lineup, offering something for everyone."
The Fair runs from August 21st through Labor Day, September 2nd. Admission includes all concerts, with tickets going on sale later this summer. The Great New York State Fair is known for being the most affordable state fair in the country.
The Fair's Chevrolet Music Series features 39 national recording acts with daily concerts at 1 pm and 6 pm at Chevy Court and an 8 pm concert at Suburban Park. The Fair's website will have the most updated schedule information.
