Farming Man Fest Returns: Celebrating New York Breweries and Music


The highly anticipated Farming Man Fest is back for its ninth year, taking place at Indian Ladder Farms in Altamont, New York, on Saturday, July 15. This exciting festival is dedicated to showcasing the vibrant brewing industry in New York, featuring a lineup of 30 upstate breweries, three distilleries, and an impressive selection of live bands and DJs.

With an expected large turnout, organizers have increased the number of available tickets from last year to accommodate the growing popularity of the event. Attendees will have the opportunity to savor their favorite craft beverages, with each drink ticket granting a full pint of their choice. Delectable food options will be provided by Indian Ladder Farms, ensuring a satisfying culinary experience.

Farming Man Fest offers more than just great drinks and food. Guests can engage in water play, enjoy lawn games and picnicking, and explore craft vendor offerings. The festival's diverse music lineup includes renowned bands such as Televisionaries, Super 400, Precious Metals, Blasé Debris, and The College Farm, accompanied by talented DJs such as Ritz Carlton, Dad Bod, Space Wolf & Master Peace, and more.

Featured breweries and distilleries represent the finest in New York's brewing scene, including names like Brown's Brewing Co., Nine Pin Cider Works, Common Roots Brewing Company, and Albany Distilling Co.

Tickets are available for different admission levels, starting at $30 for those interested in music and food only. General Admission tickets for individuals aged 21 and over are priced at $35 and come with a commemorative pint glass. Children under 13 can join the festivities for $10, with additional fees for camping. Food and drink purchases are not included in the admission price.
