Calling all companies! The Great New York State Fair is rolling out a new Corporate Outings Program, designed to make your next team-building event or summer party unforgettable.
This program offers a one-stop solution for corporate outings at the Fair. You can leave the planning to the State Fair event experts and focus on having a blast. Whether it's a family picnic, a milestone celebration, or just a fun employee outing, the Fair has something for everyone.
Here's what you get:
- A dedicated event space: Enjoy exclusive access to over 5,000 square feet of prime real estate at the Fair's newest venue, The Exposition Center. This private area is yours for the entire day, from 9 am to 9 pm, perfect for meals, meetings, or just relaxing with your team.
- A head start on the fun: Get a special perk – access to the Expo Center exhibits a whole hour before they open to the public!
- A customizable experience: Tailor your outing to fit your company's needs. Add food catering, midway ride tickets, or anything else you desire to create a perfect event.
- Admission and parking covered: The program includes a $1,000 credit to take care of admission and parking for your entire group.
"We're thrilled to launch this program and offer a unique experience for larger groups," says State Fair Interim Director Julie LaFave. "Our team will handle all the planning, so you can just unwind and enjoy the Fair's delicious food, top-notch entertainment, and family-friendly fun."
The Great New York State Fair consistently ranks among the top five in the country. It's a 13-day extravaganza of entertainment, agriculture, delicious food and drinks, and family fun. This year's Fair runs from August 21st through Labor Day, September 2nd. Don't miss out on this chance to create lasting memories at the Fair!
