New York Hosts First Statewide Agritourism Conference

New York Hosts First Statewide Agritourism Conference

By Blake Jackson

The first-ever New York State Agritourism Conference will take place from November 10-11, 2025, at the Saratoga Springs City Center. Hosted by the Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) Agritourism Program Work Team, the event aims to help farms across the state develop and enhance visitor-based experiences.

This statewide conference will feature over 18 expert speakers, interactive sessions, and two specialized learning tracks focused on expanding agritourism opportunities.

Attendees will gain practical tools and insights to grow their farm businesses through direct sales, education, hospitality, and entertainment.

In addition to educational sessions, participants can look forward to a Monday evening regional networking event designed to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among peers.

While the event is tailored for New York farms interested in starting or expanding agritourism ventures, it also welcomes educators, tourism professionals, and public officials seeking to support the industry.

Registration costs $100 and includes access to all sessions, networking opportunities, and light refreshments over both days. Registration closes on November 5, 2025.

A room block for attendees is available at the nearby Saratoga Hilton, just a two-minute walk from the venue. Reservations can be made through the official booking link.
