The New York Wine & Grape Foundation (NYWGF) is excited to introduce the Uncorking Collaboration: The New York Wine & Retailer Roundtable Series, a three-part webinar initiative aimed at enhancing partnerships among New York wineries, retailers, and distributors.
This series is designed to foster collaboration and develop innovative strategies to boost the presence of New York wines in retail environments.
The series kicks off on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, and will gather industry leaders to discuss vital topics such as consumer marketing, logistical challenges, and practical solutions to increase visibility and engagement for New York wines.
“Collaborative efforts like this series are important for the continued growth of New York’s wine industry,” said Valerie Venezia-Ross, Director of Programs & Marketing at NYWGF. “We hope to help create a channel to share insights, address challenges, and ultimately enhance the market presence of New York wines. Our goal is to foster a stronger, more interconnected industry, working together toward mutual success.”

Session 1: Consumer Marketing

- Learn effective strategies to showcase New York wines in retail spaces, emphasizing their unique value and engaging directly with customers.
Session 2: Logistics & Resources

- Explore the journey of New York wine from the producer to the retailer, examining logistical hurdles and identifying opportunities for innovation and success stories.
Session 3: Findings & Next Steps
- February 26, 2025, | 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
- This session will synthesize key insights from the previous webinars and discuss actionable next steps for advancing the New York wine industry.
Each session will feature a panel of experts, including wineries, retailers, and distributors, moderated by Dan Belmont, Wine Educator and Retailer. There will also be time for audience participation and Q&A.
This roundtable series is a must-attend for wineries, retailers, distributors, and industry professionals committed to advancing New York’s wine industry.
