The 2025 Eastern New York Fruit and Vegetable Conference is set for February 19-20, offering two full days of expert-led sessions, along with over 10 DEC Pesticide Recertification Credits.
The event will take place at the King Street Ballroom and surrounding venues, providing invaluable knowledge for professionals in the fruit, vegetable, and horticulture industries.
On Wednesday, February 19, the conference kicks off with the following sessions:
- Tree Fruit Session 1 (King Street Ballroom), 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, earning 2.0 credits in Categories 10, 1a, and 22.
- Tree Fruit Session 2 (King Street Ballroom), 1:15 pm - 4:00 pm, earning 1.25 credits in Categories 10, 1a, and 22.
- Small Fruit Session (Town Hall), 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, offering 2.0 credits in Categories 10, 1a, and 22.
- Grape Session (Shaker Room), 8:50 am - 11:45 am, earning 1.0 credit in Categories 10, 1a, and 22.
- H2A Session (Shaker Room), 1:15 pm - 3:50 pm.
On Thursday, February 20, attendees can join the following:
- Tree Fruit Session 3 (King Street Ballrooms 2 & 4), 8:20 am - 12:00 pm, earning 1.0 credit in Categories 10, 1a, and 22.
- Bedding Plants & Vegetable Transplants (Town Hall), 9:00 am - 1:30 am, offering 1.5 credits in Categories 10, 1a, 24, and 23.
- Vegetable Session (Town Hall), 1:15 pm - 3:50 pm, providing 1.5 credits in Categories 10, 1a, 21, 23, and 0.25 core credits.
- Marketing Session (King Street Ballrooms 6 & 8), 8:50 am - 2:00 pm.
- Funding Opportunities (King Street Ballrooms 2 & 4), 1:15 pm - 3:30 pm.
Pre-registration by February 12, 2025, ensures the best rates:
- CCE ENYCHP Member: $90 for a single day, $150 for both days.
- Non-Member: $130 for a single day, $190 for both days.
- Additional registrations from the same farm will save $10 each.
Walk-In Rates (after February 12, 2025):
- Single day: $140
- Two days: $230
