In accordance with the Open Meetings Law, the New York State Soil and Water Conservation Committee has announced that it will hold a meeting on July 16, 2024, at 10:00 am. The meeting will be conducted across multiple locations, providing various options for participants to attend.
The primary venue for the meeting will be the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets, located at 10B Airline Drive, Albany, in the Orchard Conference Room.
Additional in-person locations include Stein Farm at 8246 North Road, Leroy, NY, and Hickling’s Fish Farm Inc. at 219 Pitts Road, Edmeston, NY.
For those unable to attend in person, the meeting will also be accessible online via WebEx. Participants can join the virtual meeting using the following link: https://meetny.webex.com/meetny/j.php?MTID=m400b01a365cfd34289adef37ec0cebb9. Alternatively, attendees can join by phone using the meeting call-in number, which is 518-549-0500, with the meeting access code being 1618 07 4892.
This meeting is an opportunity for stakeholders and the public to engage with the New York State Soil and Water Conservation Committee on important conservation topics.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend, whether in person or virtually, to stay informed and involved in conservation efforts across the state.
