The Northern New York Agricultural Development Program (NNYADP) is seeking proposals for on-farm research projects. NNYADP supports research that helps regional farms be more sustainable and adaptable to challenges such as climate change and pests and diseases.
Applications can be found at www.nnyagdev.org under the About: Projects by Year tab. The deadline to apply is October 27, 2023.
The NNYADP Farmer Committee reviews and prioritizes the research proposals for small grants. More than 97.5 percent of NNYADP funding goes directly to research and the delivery of results.
The results of recent NNYADP grant projects are publicly accessible at www.nnyagdev.org under the About: Projects by Year tab.
The NNYADP is funded by the New York State Legislature and administered by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets.
