In adherence to the Open Meetings Law, the Apple Marketing Order Board has scheduled a meeting for August 19, 2024, at 12:00 pm. The meeting will be accessible to the public at several locations and online, ensuring broad participation.
The meeting will be held at four designated sites: the Orchard Conference Room at 10B Airline Drive, Albany, NY 12235; 3655 Berryfield Road, Geneva, NY 14456; 35 Tebbutt Road, Rainbow Lake, NY 12976; and 65 Old Indian Road, Milton, NY 12547.
To help accommodate those attending in person, especially those requiring barrier-free access, the public is encouraged to RSVP by contacting Jonathan.Marks@agriculture.ny.gov.
For those who prefer to join remotely, an online option is available. Interested participants can register to attend virtually by visiting meetny.webex.com/weblink/register/r560f0ddd1810e4fa35ba3cfae995b398.
All documents and materials for the meeting will be accessible before the event at agriculture.ny.gov/farming/marketing-order-administration. After the meeting, the minutes and a recording will also be available on the same website.
