Casa Larga Vineyards is excited to announce the return of the 31st New York Ice Wine & Culinary Festival on Saturday, February 14, 2026. This long-running event, first held in 1995, celebrates the craft of traditional Ice Wine production, pairing exquisite wines with gourmet cuisine in a festive Valentine’s Day setting perfect for couples and friends.
Ice Wines are known for their rarity and complexity, produced using the traditional German Eiswein method. Grapes are naturally frozen on the vine, hand-harvested, and pressed shortly after picking. New York is among the few regions capable of producing this unique wine style. Guests will have the opportunity to sample authentic Ice Wines from top producers alongside a curated selection of New York red and white wines.
The festival spans the entire Casa Larga property and features a variety of experiences. Attendees can enjoy grand tastings and culinary pairings in the ballroom, craft beverage tastings in the wine shop, guided winery tours, and outdoor wagon rides through the vineyard (weather permitting). Photo opportunities, live entertainment, and Valentine-themed décor add to the festive atmosphere.
Culinary highlights include innovative Ice Wine inspired dishes from Bella Vista Executive Chef Scott DeFrees, such as papaya salad with Ice Wine-soaked cucumbers, sweet and sour slow-roasted pork, Ice Wine-marinated wild mushroom pasta, and Thai tea Ice Wine crème brûlée. Demonstrations in cooking and mixology, an Ice Lounge featuring cocktails and mocktails, and shopping from local vendors round out the experience.
Tickets are $80 for the 11 a.m.-2 p.m. session and $85 for the 3-6 p.m. session, including tastings, food samples, and all festival activities. Purchase tickets online at www.CasaLarga.com or at the Casa Larga Wine Shop.
