CoE Coffee, Coaching & Connections, hosted by the New York State Center of Excellence for Food and Agriculture, in partnership with Cornell Food Venture Center and The Commissary, presents a session on food safety essentials.
This event highlights crucial information on regulatory requirements and product market readiness for entrepreneurs in the food, beverage, and agriculture sectors.
Industry experts including Bruno Xavier, Cynthia James, Elizabeth Sullivan, and Ann Vegdahl from Cornell Food Venture Center will share their insights during the session. Topics covered will include food safety fundamentals, regulatory compliance, and guidance for bringing products to market.
