The New York State Soil and Water Conservation Committee (NYS SWCC) will convene a public meeting on May 21st, 2024, at 10:00 AM. Committed to fostering transparency and public engagement, the NYS SWCC has established multiple locations to facilitate participation:
- New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets (Albany)
- New York State Fairgrounds (Syracuse)
- Designated sites in Edmeston, Saratoga Springs, and East Mayfield
Recognizing the diverse needs of stakeholders, the NYS SWCC has included a virtual attendance option via Webex and a phone call-in line. Details regarding the agenda and remote participation methods can be found on the NYS SWCC website (https://agriculture.ny.gov/soil-and-water/soil-water-conservation-committee).
This open forum serves as a valuable platform for the public to gain insights into the NYS SWCC's ongoing initiatives and potentially contribute to discussions concerning soil and water conservation efforts throughout New York State.
