The 23rd Annual AgCareers Roundtable, a key event for agriculture and food industry professionals, will be held at Bayer’s research centre in Chesterfield, Missouri, from August 5-7, 2025. This premier event brings together industry experts and educators to discuss innovation, workforce development, and recruitment challenges.
"Bayer is thrilled to host the 2025 Agriculture & Food Roundtable at our research centre, a leading global hub for agricultural innovation," said Ayesha Eatman, Bayer North America Talent Acquisition Lead for Crop Science.
Attendees will engage in informative sessions focused on progressive, including artificial intelligence in human resources, workforce strategies, and leadership in agriculture. Participants can tailor their experience with specialized breakout sessions in Recruitment, HR, Leadership, or Education.
Beyond discussions, the event includes guided tours of Bayer’s biotech facilities, offering an inside look at how science and innovation support farmers.
Optional activities such as the Compensation Summit Add-On Workshop, KWS Tour, networking dinner at Cardinal’s stadium, and a welcome reception further enhance the experience.
